Soprano Stephanie Jabre is thrilled to be returning to St. Petersburg Opera!
Currently residing in New York City, Stephanie has performed with several NYC companies including Martina Arroyo’s Prelude to Performance, Utopia Opera, The New York Opera Forum, American Opera Projects and others.
Last season, Stephanie performed the roles of Amore (Orfeo ed Euridice) with New York Opera Forum, Ida/Dancer (Die Fledermaus) with Martina Arroyo’s Prelude to Performance, and made her Off-Broadway debut as Mrs. Segstrom in Stephen Sondheim’s A Little Night Music.
Stephanie is a graduate of the esteemed Manhattan School of Music where she received her master’s degree in vocal performance.
Past Roles include: Gianetta-Cover (L’elisir d’amore), Giuditta (La Giuditta), Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Dido (Dido and Aeneas), Mabel (Pirates of Penzance) Hope Cladwell (Urinetown), and Babette (Beauty and the Beast). She was recently a semi-finalist in the highly regarded Joy in Singing Competition.
