The Mirella Cimato Art Gallery is currently showing a new exhibit featuring the exceptional art of diplomat, photographer, and gardener Donna Oglesby. This past weekend, the gallery hosted an artist reception during the Second Saturday Art Walk with featured artist Donna Oglesby. The evening included a presentation from Jeanne Houlton, a master from the Ichiyo School of Ikebana, who demonstrated her mastery of the Japanese art of flower arranging. Next month, our Second Saturday Art Walk and artist reception will be truly spectacular as we celebrate the start of St. Petersburg Opera’s 16th Season. Maestro Sforzini will offer our new ‘Gallery Songs’ program, a truly unique show featuring singers from the St. Petersburg Opera performing with a piano accompaniment from 6:00 to 6:30 pm.
